4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wag777 account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests made during system maintenance windows may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by wag777

wag777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; violation of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against wag777; or any other reason that wag777 reasonably believes is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, other players, or wag777 itself.

In the event of account suspension due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, wag777 may place a temporary hold on any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach of Terms has occurred, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your wag777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, you should ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that your real-money balance has been withdrawn in full. wag777 will process voluntary closure requests within 48 hours of receipt, subject to any outstanding compliance checks.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

wag777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In any event, wag777's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wag777's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
